

I checked andĬonfirmed that I have only one copy of Office installed and not multiple Office products as mentioned by the app. I uninstalled both office 2016 and office 365 completely and re-installed with only office 365 and even downloaded Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to work on it but still won't work. The product remains listed as Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016. I click on "Next", but absolutely nothing happens. I try to select that item but it appears not to work.
